This document is a public offer by self-employed Dmitry Dudkin (TIN 380104924687, address: 665830, Russia, Irkutsk region, Angarsk, 74 kvartal, 5-21, email: webhouse@inbox.ru), hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider", to enter into an agreement for the provision of services for creating digital outline images (coloring pages).
The Service Provider undertakes to generate and deliver an outline drawing based on a User-uploaded image, and the User agrees to pay for the service according to the selected plan.
Making a payment on https://color-page.online constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer.
The service uses machine learning algorithms for entertainment purposes. The generated outline may differ from the User's expectations. The Service Provider does not guarantee perfect accuracy or fitness for professional use. The service is provided "as is".
Once the file is downloaded, the service is considered fully rendered. No refunds will be issued after that point.
Uploaded images are used solely for generation and are automatically deleted. Payment information is processed by YooKassa and not stored. See Privacy Policy.
Disputes are settled through negotiations, and if unresolved, under Russian law. The Service Provider may modify this offer by posting a new version on the site.
